yoconmigo: I'm playing from before 1.60, I do not know if it would be 1.56 or .57
And I have the game to be updated only with the gog galaxy.
I imagine that all versions would be installed, right?
gracias.
I'm sorry, yoconmigo, I had to realize that what I was saying above is only true for FREIGHTER ROOMS, it doesn't apply for planet bases: there are still containers there. I have made a note on my post above to correct this. Also please disrigard my last response, thanks.

Therefore, for the moment I don't have solutions for the base containers.

No problem. Thanks for your attention.
In any case, the containers on the freighter are not so important.
Thank you and best regards.
I have just received a suggestion that base containers are far more interesting because you can transfer directly through the inventory menu, even on your freighter. So I'm going to build base containers on my base and leave the new freighter rooms alone for the moment.

Now a possible fix for anyone not being able to place a container 'x' where x is from 0-9, this may be solved by removing all new rooms on your freighter (you keep their content anyway). Then try to place the container at your base and it should work.
For some reasons, the game may be treating the rooms the same as containers, which would mean if you have room '1' in your freighter then you cannot place container '1' in your base.

I will check this and report.

The way I understand it (and how it's working on mine) is that you can have one of each numbered storage unit at each base and one of each in the freighter.

I have all ten in my main planet-side base as well as all ten of the new storage locker things on the freighter. I had previously had ten of the regular storage units up there but they suffered from the "gaping hole in the freighter" bug.

While it is possible to move stuff to/from storage without being at the individual units, I'm anal retentive enough that I want to put this stuff in that storage location. Dropping it into the general "storage" slot doesn't necessarily pack material optimally; might have one slot with 650 emeril and another with 100 instead of a single with 750 emeril.

For me too, but on the freighter were containers that disappeared afterwards.

So, the storage rooms for the freighter, do we have to learn them?

Thank you
It was fixed, I do not know if the new version 1.63 or because I removed an exocraf mod that was outdated, the fact is that now I do leave the storage rooms on the freighter.
Thank you all for your patience.
