Naclador: Still waiting for the Offline Installer and Update for 3.13.
It's getting long now....
Same here. I downloaded the 3.10 version almost a month ago and the next 3 updates by Hello Games followed pretty quickly. Maybe, with the quick release of updates they figured theres more issues to resolve and they are waiting for those to send a new version Gog.com. One of my saves has over 2200 hours so clearly, I am eagerly waiting, but totally understand why there may be a delay. Thanks to Gog.com for continuing these updates!

andreas.scholz: So, first of all, it worked (very) well with GOG for years without Galaxy, online requirements and whatsoever. They cash 30% of every sale - just do the math. They could, with their customer base, enforce what they promised. But, recently, more and more publisher stretch these lines thin. And to push GOG back to what we expect - games with offline installer which are not silently connecting to AWS servers during gameplay (read my recent discoveries which where verified by others) etc, they need to feel it to make their contract partners (publishers) behave. Complaining doesn't change a company - cash (or no cash) does. This is how it works.
If you're talking about math, then you should know that GOG was not a big player back in those days.
I never said that complaining would change something. But neither does your wallet. Their not interested in those 1% that complains about everything.

andreas.scholz: 2nd, its not only the Quicksilver-Store, and even that could easily being implemented to work with an approximated model regarding the performance of that one player. But I don't care for the Quicksilver. Its everything else that's withhold. Like the access to the Living Ships etc. Its more and more cut off, even thou there is no valid reason except their wish to get everyone to the (DRM)-always-online incl. data-sucking.
So its the quicksilver store and the living ship? 2 things and you want to quit GOG - aren't you overreacting a little??

andreas.scholz: It's a free world. Support this and see where it will get you - I will not. If I can't trust them to hand me a fully accessible game under the promised conditions, I'm out.
Well then, good bye. You can continue complaining about everything but it won't change. Most of the people are happy with it.
But noone forces you to use GOG.
no wonder there been NO offline installers to v3.13 yet. the game is broken once again and can not be played offline!
the game just crashes :(

Now now, you heard the man above you. No complains please. Your 1% doesn't change anything anyway. Yield your consumer rights, be happy already and shut up like a good boy. [The former sentences may contain traces of sarcasm]

You wrote that complains don't change anything by yourself, don't forget that ;)
I can't imagine Hellogames has forgotten about these, 3.10 is well behind now.

All I can suggest is maybe the GOG team are too busy with Cyberpunk 2077, and Christmas cards.

GOG needs to do those patches manually, after they got it from HelloGames.

I can also understand GoG becoming frustrated with these patches. After Beyond (2.0) released there were daily patches coming out.

However, the latest patch was two weeks ago already.

Maybe they needed some extra people for Cyberpunk2077 release?
Would be interesting what it looks like with other big games, if there updates where available in the last 2 weeks.
Come on @GOG where is the 3.13 Offline Update, all oder Updates where available directliy after release, why takes 3.13 so long.

That's just another strategy to force people into using Galaxy. That's what a lot of people were afraid of when Galaxy was introduced and it's slowly happening. Say goodbye to updates and multiplayer, unless you use yet another launcher.
I don't know if this is a reason for the update delay, but here in Germany a big newspaper published an article today about CD Project RED and Cyberpunk 2077.
And it seems that Sony deleted their game from their digital stores as a reason that CDPR offered a Return policy that was not discussed by Sony.
Also the game is full of bugs and crashes, especially on PS4 and Xbox One.
Because of the crunch they had since about 6 month ( ! ) they might need some extra help for patches from the GOG team.
All this is just speculation, but I think that CD Project is not having an easy time currently.
The update is published :)
