Looks like an extensive update :)

Currently, as I write this post, the just-released-today (Fed 15) Omega 4.5 update is available, with a caveat:

I see it on the website under my Games page, but it is not yet on GOG Galaxy.

IOW, the files are available to download, via a browser.

But the ability to apply the update, via GOG Galaxy, isn't there yet; nor are the files visible yet via GOG Galaxy.

Also, with this update, Hello Games is allowing a week of "free play" for non-owners to play NMS for free for a week or so - that is also not (yet?) available via GOG.

So... it's getting there, a bit slowly as usual. :)

The free play is only until February 19th (GMT).

I downloaded the update via Galaxy about an hour ago. Download was throttled so it took a while to complete.

Since the debacles with multiplayer started GOG has been relegated to be a minor platform. GOG did not have any capability for this and it took months to fix the first time and over six months when the current Hello Games version of multiplayer started.
