I've heard rumors about a upcoming patch that adds a building feature so anyone knows where I can read about upcoming patches and features? Or can post the information here?

No info yet. Just that base-building and large freighters are definitely planned additions. Bug fixes will probably be first.

Luned: No info yet. Just that base-building and large freighters are definitely planned additions. Bug fixes will probably be first.
