Actually, these improvements are exactly what make PC gaming so great. SweetFX or Reshade is widely used, it's not some secret, magical tool that will send demons into your PC. The rest of the mods are simple PAK adds you can delete with one click. So why the fuss?


Your potato likely has a Phenom CPU, right? A decade old CPU. I'd get your potato sorted before fixing the game with mods.

I have some further mods to post about tonight and will finalize my recommendations. Right now it's looking ridiculously good. Also, while the 2.0X resolution fix can cut FPS, it won't kill it down to 20.. But you can just use the 1.25x or 1.50x one if you have a potato computer.

I'm running this game on GTX 780 (1920x1080) / i5-2500K@3,6GHz / 16GB RAM / Win 10 Pro
and it's not that bad.
I have to say, fps is all over the place but it runs between 38 and 59 frames for me with all three mods installed and 1,25x up scaling

Is there a mod yet that gets rid of the scan line screen effect? I hate how you have to look through a clogged pipe and all you see is bleeding lines across the screen. Sometimes even visible in space.

I wonder If this was purposely left in to control fps on the PS4.
