These things don't stack, which sucks.. How are you guys handling these things? All I can think of is to farm bigger ships all day till i get the fabled 40-48 slot.

Well crap.. you are supposed to keep them? I have three now, or had.. sold all three.

From what I was told they are needed for something but finding room sucks, and big hull ships are way to damn expensive.

Wow, I have only gotten one upgrade so far. I would like to upgrade the suit some more but I don't have much room. I'll keep looking something will pop up sooner or later. Finally got the blueprint for AniMatter, so I am sure as I go it will work out. But congrats you rockin it.

Fly around and look for a little pod with save point its an exo suit upgrade, i found 6 one planet starts free then goes up 10k per upgrade but you can only use them once then you have to find another

So at this point from trolling the huge REDDIT forum, dont buy ships.

On any given planet, look for the orange beacons.
craft and use a chip to use the beacon
Search for communications
Search or keep searching until you get communications tower.
Fly to the tower and solve the riddle (usually math related, and pretty obvious, worst case its 1 in 3 to guess it right and if not reload)
Get the location for a crashed ship.
Crashed ships are almost always +1 storage unit over what you have now.. find the ship, repair the pulse drive and launch ONLY to be able to fly it.
Rinse and repeat.

Regarding upgrades.. unbelievably, you CANNOT move over upgrades, and will have whatever the other ship has by default. That said, as you investigate wrecked ships, you can get the warp drive improvements without having to build them if it has it already. Being unable to move upgrades from your ship, or the multitool either as well, is insane.

I have like a like a 26 or 26 slot ship now just by doing that. Granted, very slow, but I hear the max 48 slot ships are over 100mil credits.

So what's the difference between a 26 slot ship and a 26 slot ship anyway. I figure they must be similar no? :oP

My ship is a 26 slot one, but I was focusing on upgrading my suit which now it is 36 slot suit, that being said, the saving space is never enough. And now for one slot upgrade on my suit it costs like 300k. I am now farming this land pearl now with the drop from elite laser sentinels and hope to get enough money to upgrade my suit to max

I had the V1 pass, which unlocks the door in the space station, which has an exosuit upgrade in every space station. I eventually had to stop buying upgrades, and I certainly never needed to buy a new ship because of that. My exosuit has 30 slots I think now.

Is the suit upgrade for you in space station free? I bought my suit upgrade to 36 slots just by looking for drop pod
