By the way, when I searched for system to live in, I also found few systems with good variety of resources. I suppose such systems could be used as mining operations system. I wonder, is it possible to gather resources from the supply depot of other players ? It would be cool.
If you visited system using Portal with glyphs it will not be registered in your base or space-station portals network. So there are three ways to settle in this system:
- jumping all the way and using system coordinates
- ask someone from this system to visit Nexus at the same time as you. Join his group and use Nexus portal to jump into his system
- add him as friend in GOG and join his game when he is in this system
After that you can register any portal in this system in your portal network.
But if your home galaxy is not Euclid ( if you completed story and jumped into different galaxy ) space station potrals in Euclid systems will dissapear from your portal network, so it's better to register in the players base portals.

Why? Just add us to your friendslist. It's quite easy to find someone online having people from very different timezones here.

I was indeed refering to the decal. I just couldn't resist, it kind of lend itself to poke fun at some of the games' current problems :)

It certainly wasn't meant to be taken serious -- I obviously missed indicating that properly. Sadly, reloading my posting several times didn't fix that.

As I can remember, there is only one base per player which can be seen in Nexus portal for other players who are not in your group. I don't know what exactly base is showing up in it. And I think many people do not know how to join group. So, maybe you will need to.... destroy all your bases in other systems !!! :)))

Only the most recent base you've uploaded will show in the Anomaly teleporter list.

So make sure your base on Gogus Prime is the last one you uploaded. If it isn't, it's no problem. Just go to Gogus Prime and visit your base computer. Take a nice snapshot and upload.

Then the other players can see it in the list as long as you are in the Anomaly. (That's why I sit in the chair for a while.)

Also, they don't have to join a your group. They can go to the teleporter and warp directly to your base. Then they can go from there to a nice spot on the planet and plop down their own base computer.

If we market GOG Civ we need a nice brochure, screenshots of some cool creatures, bases. etc. Logo would be nice as well. Anyone know how to register our system here? https://galacticatlas.nomanssky.com

I was watching Xaine's World and according to him base (and any base structures as well) needs to be further than around 550 from the portal in order for it to work properly for other users.

Just spent it a visit -- now, that's a proper Ancient Monument :D

I was even tempted to look for a way to get to the treasure^Wgltiches you placed in its base.

I don't know what to make of the yellow/black tower next to it, through. Probably since this combination of colors always kind of reminds of airfields.

Just went over. First prize for 'feeling home' for now, that's a Town Hall to hang out in -- or have a drink on the veranda, waiting for one of your Refineries to produce another half million units in ionized cobald, shout need be :)

Yellow structure is a monument to Ancient Foss and IGB. In its depths you can find guardian sentinel robot awaiting the wake up signal. LOL.
