I finally made it to the 100th Galaxy, Akvasanta. The game I'm playing originally started as the first run of the Cartographer's Expedition so it's taken quite awhile to get here. To celebrate I decided to build a far more eleborate base than I'd normally do. It's not a miracle of marvellous glitch building but once inside them you'll find the buildings a little maze like.

Part of the strangeness of the interior layouts is that I had a lot of trouble trying to get the stairs to go where I wanted them so at times I gave up the original plan. Do other people have problems with stairs? Another issue is I'm not sure if I'm pushing the limits of my laptop or the number of items you can have in a base but sometimes floor panels become transparent and I fall through them while walking around the buildings!

The name of the base is Akvasanta P100 - "P" for portal. The address in my thinking of what the symbols are is:

Thanks dashliichi - good to know I've had at least one visitor. It was a lot of work but I had fun doing it and that's what playing computer games is about. In case you are wondering I've already got some ideas in mind for my 200th base. Can't say when I'll get there though. Over the past month I've done lots of galaxy hopping so I've decided to give that amiss for a while.

Instead I'm going to concentrate on my freighter base - it could do with improvement. I set it up when all the new freighter stuff arrived, buidling on what I'd done with the previous tools but now I've decided there is a better way to organise it so I'll strip it back to basic and start again.

There are 256 galaxies ... I think the farthest I ever got was galaxy 20 and then I just lost interest.
