DISREGARD below the cut: Jumping out of system and back, and/or deleting optional missions reset the wording on the Roamer Geobay quest!

On 1.60,

I recieved plans for a ROAMER geobay (nomad and colossus aren't learned yet) from the base computer, but am tasked with building a NOMAD geobay.

I read in some reddit, etc, threads from last year about deleting the geobay and workstation, rebuilding the workstation and re-recieving the quest, but I don't think those methods are up to date since NEXT's changes were released.

Any suggestions on a fix, or am I just screwed until 1.61?

Vykeen tech had me run to an abandoned base for my next vehicle quest reward, it was a timed quest in 1.54, best of luck. My suggestion would be to build nomad, clear out secondary quest, and from a fresh restart talk to vykeen tech, then base comp. Also run thru salvaged tech blueprints to bitter end, vehicle things appear in there, but that list does not scroll.

Yupper. Collosus is slowwwwww! I used ship, too.
OP found a bug, I hope its only a dialog bug, like Thermal Mods, that flipflopped the cold/warm scales. Prolly a translation failure. Scum save, and test things. Or experiment on creative, if like me, your not comfortable with the game's save folders location.
