I know it didnt at first but I mean with new update ? if not then is it worth it for GOG for the multiplayer?

Currently there's no crossplay between Steam and GOG, and the patch notes didn't tell otherwise. I kind of doubt, that we'll ever have that, and I'm not really sorry about it.

Multiplayer in GOG isn't exactly crowded, but there's players hanging around in the Anomaly allmost all of the time.

Also, there's this: https://www.gog.com/forum/no_mans_sky/gog_civilized_space

Quite a few people around there, and we have more and more bases popping up.
