I believe I am close to finishing NWN main story and I am planning to play all the expansions. Shadows of Undrentide, Hordes of the Underdark and Kingmaker. Which one of those should I place first? I believe in HOTU you can continue with same character(which already reached level 15) and same henchmen. So my plan is

1- Hordes of the Underdark
2- Shadows of Undrentide,
3- Kingmaker.

Do you think this is a good order? Please keep in my that i have little time so this will probably take 5-6 months to finish them all.

Tnx
Engin.

Shadows of Undrentide should be played before Hordes of the Underdark, since HotU follows on from SoU. Kingmaker can be played either before or after, since it's setting has no relationship to the Neverwinter Nights campaigns.

Thank you very much. What can you say about the difficulty of those expansions? I am playing as a pure rogue and i cant say i had any problem with the game so far. Sure I died a lot but not as much as i died while playing BG.

Also, I am planning to play as Druid or Mage on expansions. I love Rogue but most of the bosses are immune to sneak attacks which made the fights pretty hard. And those zombies... i hate zombies. Should I go for Mage or Druid on expansions?

tnx.

Some of the fights are more difficult than others, and can vary based on your class. Single-class Rogue struggles due to how common sneak attack immunity is, and that doesn't let up at all in any of the campaigns.

Wizard and Druid are phenomenally well-rounded classes and you basically can't go wrong with them. I've played SoU and HotU as both and it was quite enjoyable.

If you choose to play as the Sorcerer be sure to diversify your spell selection. Wizards can always change their spell selection if they run into an enemy they're not equipped to handle, but with Sorcerer you need to think ahead and pick a versatile loadout.
Thank you. I have no intention of playing as sorcerer in any game. I dont like the idea of being limited of spells until you level up. I will probably go for a Wizard. I am personally in love with Druids so i wish i could play 2 character.

It's not as bad once you get to chapter 2 of HotU, since you'll know so many spells that you can pretty much have everything that matters. At lower levels, though, it is problematic and requires careful management. Still a very fun class and personally my favorite.

Yeah, sadly the only campaign in the entire NWN series where you get to create your own complete party is NWN2 Storm of Zehir.
Go with Shadows of Undrentide followed by Hordes of the Underdark.

Then, if you fall in love with your character and refuse to let it go, you can try Infinite Dungeons if you don't mind a hack'n'slash experience. I'd suggest you download a "no random loot" mod for Infinite Dungeons if that's the case:

Otherwise, go for Kingmaker, Pirates of the Sword Coast and Wyvern Crown of Cormyr, in no particular order, with new characters. I'd skip Witch's Wake, since it's only an introduction to a larger campaign that never got made, and play ShadowGuard last if you still want to experience more official game content.

If you don't have the other premium modules instlaled (Pirates of the Sword Coast, Infinite Dungeons, Wyvern Crown of Cormyr), you can download them here:

You'll also need a DAT generator to play them, which can be found here:

Thank you all again. I started playing Shadows of Undrentide . I am playing as a wizard this time which is fun. I died 5 times only after leaving the house :)). The game is not appealing so far since it resembles official campaign where you collect 4 ingredients. I liked that my follower talks alot which is a nice addition. I will be patient and finish the mod.

After that I will play Hordes of the Underdark and then Kingmaker. Although I would love to play more mods, I dont have time for that. I have like million games i need to play. I still need to finish Baldur's Gate 2 and then play Planescape Torment and then play NWN2. I may play NWN2 earlier because i have fresh memory of 3.5 rules.

You'd be better off skipping Kingmaker and playing one of the better player made mods (which are better than HotU). Aielund Saga would be one of many examples and it's appropriate overall (meaning it'll work for any class, alignment, mix of story/combat, etc -- some modules are very specific).

SoU gets slightly more interesting. If you like this style just keep going. I don't think I'll be playing anymore NWN1 after HotU. I want to go back to controlling a party again so either NWN2 or one of those newer crpgs.

Exactly that part I painted bold. I love the playstyle of NWN but cant help but think that it was effected a lot from Diablo 2's success. Thats why I am planning on playing those expansions quickly and then move to NWN2 which has awesome party management for me.
