are you sure you sent the request using the forms provided?

If so, if it doesn't arrive by Monday, send another request.
I'm having the same problem of DD-Zero. I hope to receive my cd-key soon, to solve this situation.
OK, 2nd request sent. I know my e-mail address is correct b/c I get the sale ads. Why can't they just provide these when we purchase the product? Is it really that difficult?

And why is the CD request link accessed through a forum post and not available from the title on my shelf? I think this may be the last time I purchase from GOG b/c they don't seem to have their act together and are totally unresponsive to customer requests.

To answer your questions:

GoG does not automatically give out the CD-keys because a) they have a limited amount at any one time, and automatically giving them out could mean that some people might have to wait just as long anyway and b) they want to provide their games DRM and copy-protection free, putting the CD-Key with the game prevents this.

The CD request link is also available through the support page for the game(the same with any game that needs a CD Key), and I'm pretty sure that it states this on each games page.

It is true, from what I hear, that they don't answer their support emails as well as they should, but they are still a relatively small company, and besides, some of the people in these forums are often far more qualified to answer questions about specific games. You have to remember that GoG does not make them nor do they necessarily play them, so you can usually get FAR better support just by asking here on the forums.

Well, GOG's offices are closed over the weekend. Plus, it usually takes a day or two after they get it. So,you'll likely get it no earlier than Tuesday... but it could be Wednesday or Thursday. Depends on how many requests they get.
Wondering if there was a way to enter old CD Keys. I have two old diamond editions of this game. My kids are hard on stuff. So instead of buying another hard copy to tear up I opted for a digital copy. I had no idea the keys wouldn't come with it. I did however locate the default keys for the game but I cannot save any changes. Anyone know how to enter in my old keys, if it will even work that way?

You could, open the nwncdkey.ini file in the games folder with notepad(should be C:\program files\gog.com\neverwinter Nights Diamond), then add in the cd-keys from your older copy with dashes.

In case the file in yours is blank(not sure if gog included basic cd-keys or something else), here is mine(obviously the keys wont work):

[CDKEY]
Key1=12345-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345
Key2=12345-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345
Key3=12345-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345-12345

I'm guessing key one is for NWN, key two is for shadows of the undertide, and key three is for hordes of the underdark, though I may be wrong.

You CD=keys are located in the nwn dictory. If you did a standard install this will be :

C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN

Look for the file named: nwncdkey.ini

You can open it with a standard text editor. Your CD-Keys will be listed inside.
To use the CD-Keys from an old install just copy that file to your new install.

Inportant note: You will not be able to play your game over a network if someone else is also playing the game with the same keys. So you still want to send in a request for new keys, unless of cource you only plan on one of the installs playing multiplayer at a time.
This is a complete fucking joke. You don't buy a game and then have to wait the entire weekend before you can play it, it totally defeats the point. Last time I buy digital purchase that isn't on steam. I want my money back ...

The only joke is your inabilty to read. When you buy the game you are taken to this page.
http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/neverwinter_nights_diamond_edition

Down at the botom of the page it states:
Multiplayer notice: online multiplayer mode is available after register your unique CD-key for the game. For details see: Support.

So where is the Problem?
