Hey everyone. I recently bought NWN2 through GOG specifically to play on PWs using multiplayer but when I went to retrieve my CD-keys from my account it had said they were depleted.

Is there anyway for me to be able to get the CD-keys I paid for?

You need to request one from support; the games come with generic keys.

I have requested one but it's been around 12 hours or so. When should I expect an email with my keys? Or is it going to be at some random time.

I found the form for keys in the NWN2 support page though. And No, I'm not sure I know what you mean by install my keys. When I went to get them from my account page it said that the serials were depleted.

Okay, so I was given the key for what I assume to be the base game but I am still missing the keys for Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehir. These keys should have been included in the complete version of the game right?

Normally, you go to your account page > NWN2> More> Serial Keys (Like I showed in the jpeg)
There is usually unique keys there for the base game and both expansions.

You use SerialTool.exe (in your games root directory) to put the keys in, or you can copy and paste them into nwncdkey.ini yourself.

If when you look there, they are not there or it says as you say, they are depleted, then you need to contact GOG support and ask them what to do.

The thing is, when I talked to support they gave me the first key but when sent them subsequent emails about the other 2 keys I was missing I received no emails in return. The email about the key was received at around 8 am EST and responded to by me right after asking for the other two keys I needed.

Hello, I also have a problem like this. I received the key and I put it in the three places, but when I try to play online or create any game it says to me "Your CD KEY is unauthorized". I tried to play lan but the same problem allways happens. Does anyone know how can I fix it?

Are the people who are having trouble with this, all Beta testing GOG Galaxy, or has GOG changed the way they allocate unique keys for NWN2?

Well, standard response time is 2 Polish business days, but it can be slower. It's past work hours now. I wouldn't expect a reply over the weekend as they only have a skeleton crew. If they did exhaust their pool of keys there might be an additional delay. You will get them eventually. Doesn't make it any less frustrating though.

I can understand that but they should have the typical support hours posted somewhere so people don't assume that they are being ignored. I really don't mind the waiting as long as I know the reason.

I'm also having this issue. I only have a generic key for the base Complete game and no actual keys for the expansions.

Same here with two copies from friday (or saturday)
