Hey all. I'm trying to play my game, but I keep getting a runtime error. I've tried the suggestions on the support page and have tried updating, but I'm still getting the same message. Does anyone have any other suggestions for me? My computer is Windows 8.1. Thanks.

Are you using Diamond or Enhanced Edition? Start by right-clicking on the game shortcut. Choose Properties, go to the Compatibility tab and choose Windows XP Service Pack 2 compatibility option. Now save the changes and try to run the game. Also it'd be useful if you posted how exactly the error looks like. Do a screenshot or copy the exact content of the error.
