I purchased Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition on April 16th and I have still not yet received my CD key.

Thank you, now I have one more question how do I activate the code? because now that I have received it I can not launch NWN.

Karadane: Thank you, now I have one more question how do I activate the code? because now that I have received it I can not launch NWN.
The thing you need to do is easy but not totally obvious. Here's the trick of it - Find the file named

nwncdkey.ini

Open it with a simple text editor such as notepad or vi. Edit out the existing keys (standard distribution keys) and replace them with the ones gog emailed to you. Save it and you should be ok to play.

I have e mailed gog for new keys, I hope that doesnt take too long. I also log in to the server, and it gives me the cd key error, but does not jump me to the new character room. I also can not move at all. I can move my camra only. I an not equip anything either please help

I have requested new cd keys from your support team, but I didnt go through any set links on the sit. I just need keys. Will this take long time to get? I have tried for three days to get online.
