I got this patch in my game, but what is that ? There is already a "final release" patch version.

Any changelog ?

GOG's original installer for NWN 2 had some bugs in it. From what I recall, Mysteries of Westgate still had its online-activation, and you couldn't use the new races and classes from Storm of Zehir in Mysteries of Westgate. The patch fixed those issues.

If you have the latest installer, then you won't need the patch.
