Hi! Does the latest version of the GOG installer include the full v1.69 patch or is the same Diamond version available on DVD wich missed some files causing lot of crashes with user made content?

Yes, it is fully patched.

Nice, I'm going to buy it this weekend and I remember an old friend of mine having to apply the patch to play most user made module about a year ago, if GOG fixed that, even better,

It's better than it used to be, but some people still have needed to do so recently. You might be fine without the Critical Rebuild, you might also need to run the Critical Rebuild. Most people shouldn't need it.
