That's true, but it'll give you the understanding of how the dialogue, journal and scripts mechanics work. This will help you find in the original campaigns the things you're looking for.

If you want to add back content, you'll need to learn how things work. If not, open the toolset, open a module, click on the conversation tabs, open the conversations, read.

I don't know how to open a module. I tried "Open" and "Run module", but I can't seem to find the appropriate files to open the modules of the campaigns.

Yeah well, this is what happens when a guy who knows next to nothing about how the toolset works comes around, especially if the guy's already an idiot.

The only person that seems remotely entitled is you. I'm asking HOW to just examine the dialogue, not understand how the toolset works or how to make my own module. Reading through the guide will only leave me more confused, because there's so much irrelevant information that I can't absorb anything that's meaningful to me. So if you've got nothing to say to help, push off.
