Whenever I try to change the resolution (to anything else than the default 1024x768) all I get is black, flickering screen...

Press Alt and Enter to change into Windowed mode, make the changes, and then Alt and Enter back to fullscreen.
The changes will work in Fullscreen after that.

I have the same problem, I tried using windowed mode but I still don't have any option to select in the resolution tab of the graphic options

I also tried changing Width and Height in the display options section of nwn.ini and nwn2.ini but that doesn't have any effect

Is there any community fix for this or some other trick I could try?

Thanks, this solution worked great, now playing full screen on my 4K using 1920X1080 with no fat sprites. It looks like it was meant for my TV. Before doing this it was crashing when I trid to change res. Thank you.
