Installed NWN2 Diamond again through steam. I go to load up the toolset and all of the textures are sort of blocky.... or the resolution is really bad or something.

I happened to read something about a guy having problem with running NWN2 on Win 10 so I was wondering if this issue is caused by Win 10 as well.

I'm using a GTX 650Ti and as far as I know my drivers are up to date. Any suggestions?

There are NWN Diamond and NWN2 Complete currently on GOG. If Steam has a NWN2 diamond edition you may not get the correct answer here.

Have you got Net Framework 3.5 installed? It comes with windows 10, but isn't installed by default.
Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features> Turn Windows Features On / Off & tick Net Framework 3.5

I have no problems with the toolset & Windows 10 (other than the character wizard crashing, but it did that on win 7 too.)

Also do you have DirectX 9.0c installed?

Don't run websetup.exe, it dosen't work after Win7
Download to a temporary folder on your desktop & run DXSETUP.exe.
Once it is installed, you can delete the temporary folder. See Pic

Thank you for the response. I will check and make sure I have the updated framework.

I made a mistake I meant I have NWN2: Platinum and it looks like I have DX12.

EDIT: Also I just checked programs and features and the box was already checked next to 3.5 framework.

EDIT: I expanded the boxandchecked both options and it has a check mark now.

Well it is actually the back dated framework, but you can install it along side the latest.

Like wise for DX9.0c Win 10 only goes back as far as DX9.1 & you need to install the older version just to play the game. It won't effect games that use DX12, you can have them all.
Ok thank you sir.
