When i installed the game including the patch i could not find Mysteries of Westgate, are they still included or do i first need to finish the campaigns?

Is this the GOG version you're talking about? If so, it's already patched to the latest, so don't patch it. Could be your issue. If not, then it's not included in any retail bundles as far as I'm aware.

You can play it from a new game. New Game >> New Campaign >> NWN2:Mysteries of Westgate. It's right there, underneath Storm of Zehir.

No i bought the GOG version in the latest deal, i did have some old files remaining of my previous NW2 install so that might be the problem, don't see any of the files installed though and I thought it would be below Zehir at the campaign window. Sadly it is not and i have patched it through the gog installer.

Edit:

It works now, it had to do with my computer for some reason not booting up the complete version but the old NW2 renmants.
