I've contacted supported a number of times to get multiplayer suitable cd-keys for my copy of NWN, to no avail. Has anyone received new cd-keys from support?

What could be done? Or do I have to buy another copy of the game from somewhere to get untouched cd-keys?

How much time have you given them (not counting weekends)? Have you checked your e-mail?

I checked my email just now, and according to it, my support request has been received. It's been a day or two I think since I sent the request.

It's the weekend. Check your email again during the working week.
