I downloaded and manually installed the Mac Enhanced Edition of Neverwinter Nights and all I ended up with on my hard drive was a Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition folder with no start game Icon either outside or inside that folder.

You should be able to run the game by opening nwmain located in Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition⁩/⁨bin⁩/macos⁩/. I installed the game via Galaxy, don't know if that makes a difference.

Nope tried that, it just crashes.

Seems we are now being forced into using Galaxy :(
