For some reason, when I boot up the game (regardless of what resolution) the menu boxes are pushed to the lower right portion of the screen. At first I thought it was just a minor annoyance, but when I actually joined a server, I couldn't see the interface at all. Couldn't see my character portrait, hot bar, nothing. I didn't have this issue until I decided to uninstall my retail disc copy of the game and try to see how the GOG version would work. So far, I've had way more problems than I did originally. I'm wondering if maybe my hardware is just too new and maybe I need to change some things in the ini or something. Not to mention I just got Windows 10.

Anyways, my specs are:

Windows 10
Radeon R9 290X GPU
16GB RAM
AMD FX 8350 CPU

Yes, I did install it directly to C. I also run it in compatibility mode (XP SP 3), Admin mode, etc.

Honestly, it doesn't surprise me that I'm having issues. I just want to see if there's SOME way I can get the game to run right. I'll try out the tips in this link you shared - thanks. I'll post here if the problem's been resolved in case any one else has the same issues.
