Hey.
Is it possible to see what influence points you've for with party members? i been trying to keep track in my head s i couldn't find anywhere on any of the character menus.. seems a bit of an oversight if they left this out.

Also does the dialog change depending on what alignment you are? so if i replayed ans Evil would the conversations/dialog picks be any different?

I'm currently in the early parts of Act 3, building an army, killed a Dragon lol usual stuff.
You are talking about NWN2 right? Always start your topics stating which game you are playing since there are tons of versions nowadays.

1. There is no way to see it "numerically" in the game. You just "feel" it.

2. However, there are other ways to see it outside the game. You can use a save editor but the easiest way is to find your save in "~~your documents folder/Neverwinter Nights 2/saves". Enter the save folder you want to check and then open the globals.xml file with a text editor and search for influence. There you can see each companion's influence value.
There is a debug script you can run it is rs kr_influence. it has been a long time since I used it. Here is the web that tells you how to enter Debug Mode and a list of command codes(Cheats). https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/pc/922154-neverwinter-nights-2/cheats
Oh ok i might have a look at that, seems such a oversight for it not to be clear .

Yeah i forget this forum is for the whole series.

Influence system was only in NWN2. It's not necessary to tag a thread if the topic is about a mechanic unique to one game.

Even tho it is not absolutely necessary in this case (as you can see I already guessed the game myself), it is always a good practice to give full information when you are asking for help. We help a lot of people here and in more than a few cases we waste time guessing the game.

Also, as an ex IT Manager who worked for 15 years and helped zillions of people, I made a habit of trying to give this discipline to people. You are the one seeking help after all so you should do your best to quicken the process.

And being new to the NWN series, it helps the clueless like me know which game people are talking about.

Y'know, you're absolutely right. My apologies.
