Hi,
I purchsed NWN years ago (maybe 10 yrs). Since then I've had a fire (maybe 5 years ago) and lost everything on my old PC. Now I want to play NWN again. GOG won't let me purchase it because I used to own it. And I can't download it because I haven't paid for it.
How do I get NWN back on my PC?

That doesn't seem to make sense. What you owned before outside GoG is irrelevant. It won't stop you from buying it at GOG. How would GoG even know what you used to own?

I take your point, and agree that it doesn't make sense. Still when I go to pay for the game, I get a window saying that I'll have to purchase it as a gift for someone else, because I already own it. Then, if I take the alternate route and go to just download it, GOG says I will have to purchase it first.
Maybe it's a stalemate that can't be solved and I'll just have to move on to another game. Any final ideas before I do that?

Do you have other games in your account that you can download. Maybe there is something wrong with your account?

Do you see it somewhere here when logged in with a web browser, not Galaxy, https://www.gog.com/account?
