I am thinking of soloing the game as a rogue/mutliclass? and i need some advice on it. Ive soloed bg2 and bg1 with minor problems and i want to solo nwn. I dont really like playing with a party as they ruin my sneaking ability and its no fun altogether. Plus its cool being a one man commando.
I want to make a rogue character that wields a rapier and shoots a longbow, might even set some traps for the bigger fights. Do you have to use 2 weapons or can you just get by with 1? I am going to maximise sneak attack with possibly a ranger with 7 levels so he gets an animal companion.
I would make an all melee rogue but i dont think solo and melee rogue go well in the same sentence :)
Any thoughts on this. I want to have 1 or the other.
