Hello,

My game doesn't launch anymore. When launching from GoG, nothing happens. When executing nwmain.exe, I get the following error message: "the application was unable to start (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application".

I've tried rebooting, I've also reinstalled the game twice.

I had the same problem. This solution helped me.

Remove the Documents/Neverwinter Nights folder and let the game create it anew

Install (currently missing vcrruntime140.dll file) manually from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads and try again.

nwmain.exe might be using a 32 bit OpenAL library. Delete the openal of the steam directory. Install OpenAL from http://www.openal.org/downloads/
