When I move in the game the animation is kind of jerky. I tried turning the graphics settings down all the way but that didn't do anything.

It's a timer issue. Your very first port of call should be to simply reboot your computer.

Thanks! I tried Googling the problem but I can only find information on NWN 2.

Just an update. I found this:

and tried the Direct3D Sound thing. It's worked so far. That might change sometime in the future; but so far, so good.
I've been playing a while and it's a touch jittery. Not as unbearable as it was before though.

Have you adjusted your graphic settings, specifically any overrides, in driver control panel? That's always a good place to look.

I tried tinkering with that but it actually made the problem worse. It's not too bad now. I'm not sure if it's the remedy I posted or if it did that on it's own.
