NWN had a means to change the marching order of party members. So did Baldur's Gate, Dragon Age, and so on, and so on.... If NWN2 has a way to do it on PC, I have forgotten it. Searching the Internet has not yet turned up an answer to this conundrum, so my quest continues.

Depending upon how long it takes someone to find this post and respond to it, it may be more expedient to message me on Steam (@ "Khalaq") or post on my Steam wall.

All you can change is how close the individuals follow the leader. (near, medium, far) in their behavior tab.
You have no control over the selection order with the F keys, or portrait position.

That it how it appears, and that is all I have been able to accomplish (lately), yet my memory tells me you used to be able to click-and-drag the portraits into position within the Party tab. I would be willing to accept that my memory might be incorrect (i.e. I may be remembering NWN 1, instead), but a discussion of this very issue is also in the Steam forum, and a guy there says he is able to click-and-drag in multiple versions of NWN 2 (GOG and Steam). So that brings up the question of "Under what circumstances?"

If I can get hold of this guy I just mentioned and get an answer, I will post it here. Until then, the quest continues.

Click and drag on a portrait was straight forward in BG I&II and Icewind Dale. NWN1 doesn't have a party so no re-arrangement is anyway not possible. You only have a henchman which you can tell how close he should follow you.
