I have gotten the HD models & Textures from not sure if we can post links here, https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwnee/hakpak/original-hakpak/beamdogs-hd-models-textures-pack-nwnee

I downloaded the Compiled version, unzipped, and Am now unsure where to put the files at. There is no exe installer, and I don't see anything in the folders that matches to copy over. Any help would be appreciated, since there is no install instructions.

You have to put the models into ovr folder that is in the main NWN EE folder. Just be sure to put all of the models without any other subfolders.

Okay, I installed it correctly and found out the problem. I had the wrong version installed. Updated to latest, and everything works fine.
