I recently got Oblivion and Skyrim and thought I'd try the Nehrim and Enderal mods which where really recommended. I got the mods and they're in my library, but they don't appear in Owned games, and when I try to install from Library nothing happens.

I haven't installed this mod but did you try downloading the offline installers from your account page?
