Okay, that is indeed a strange problem. One which while I'd like to diagnose it, I cannot, as the program has been entirely stable for my entire usage. So we should go ahead and contact support as seen in the top menu.
There should be a utility included with it to generate a spec report for her computer, or the DirectX Diagnostic program would print an acceptable report as well (DXdiag.exe or localized equivalent.)
