*LOOK AT MY SECOND POST FOR THE SOLUTION*
Hi, i have a problem with Uru in my laptop. In the game, i get soundtrack and voice, but no sound effects at all. EAX is disabled, and also Hardware Acceleration. Channels at maximum. Is there a way to solve the problem?

Problem solved, there was an executable in the game folder called "Sound Decompression". After decompression sound effects finally came out. This topic can now be closed.
