I run a Vista 64 bit system with the newest versions of Quicktime and iTunes..... (known to cause problems with disc versions of Myst).
I installed Myst from gog.com, but when I launch it in my admin account (clearning it through the UAC), it loads the low res black screen with the "thinking" mouse icon, and just stays there forever. These are not unlike the problems I had when trying to load my Myst Masterpiece from my disc... I was hoping gog/cyan resolved this before distribution of the digital version, but maybe not.
Possible culprits: vista, 64 bit OS, newer version of quicktime.
Ideas?
