onyxrune: The MLF game allows me to make play selections and control team players only in Practice mode, but not during Regular game play. No play call screen even appears during regular games and I have no control of any team players. It's as though the game is set to auto-complete games without any inputs from me. Any advice?
Make sure that you move controller to one of two sides on Team Selection screen. It sounds like you're watching match between 2 AI teams.
ncc386: I've been having that happen to me, as well. It appears on a passing play. But on a run play, where I might still want to pass, they don't appear at all.
Based on your description you're facing different issue from OP.
If you're getting control of the team and then loosing during the match it means that you're having issue with your controller. It could be due to:
a) controller or its cord are damaged;
b) you're using custom made drivers for the controller or unsupported controller. The game officially supports only XBOX (One and 360) and Dual Shock 4 controllers.
