Hi all,

We've uploaded a new patch for the Windows version along with a new installer for those who like having all of the updates in one place along with a new Mac DMG file. This patch, labelled "patch 1.162" on your game shelves, is REQUIRED to run the Viking Conquest DLC for Mount and Blade: Warband. Please make sure you download and install the patch before attempting to run the Viking Conquest DLC.

Saves should still work but I would back them up just in case :)

As for patch notes, this is a patch to ensure better compatibility between the Viking Conquest DLC and Mount & Blade: Warband, the base game :)

Aside from making the game compatible with Viking Conquest, what does this patch do? I mean, does it have bugfixes or anything like that?

Installing the patch anyway because I plan on getting the DLC at some point in the future ;)

Is a linux patch coming soon? And will Viking Conquest come to linux at some point?

Ah cool :) I kinda have a good thing going at the moment, and don't want to lose my progress :P If only the Khergits would stop attacking Dhirim with > 1000 troops though :P

I have the Mac Mount and Blade Warband and I tried installing it twice now, but it keeps glitching. It will erase my inventory and it defaults to all factions having 100 loyalty... it gives me error code 560. What does that mean and is there a patch?

This is happening to me too (strangely enough it also messes with my character age, setting it to the max. I age 50 years in an instant!)

When I played this game over the summer I had no problems at all with it. Now that I have downloaded it again, this issue has popped up making it unplayable. Perhaps they messed something up when updating?
