It seems that this problem is being ignored. I still haven't received any response from GOG.

No-one wants to ride a bike in this weather.
I'm also going to submit a ticket.
This bug makes it impossible to play MR2...

I just noticed this , this evening when trying to play the game. I checked everything and all the settings.
The only sign I've seen that GOG is doing anything about this is the delay in Moto Racer 3 not being released yet, although that may be because of the holiday. This would also explain the lack of responses, although they still have time to post blog and sale updates apparently.
I submitted a second ticket requesting a fix or a refund. Still no response.

I suppose one ticket should be enough.
Well, MR3 is here now.
Still no response from gog.
:(
I WONT be picking up MR3 until I hear if it is busted or not also.

Shame on you gog for not getting back to us.

I don't care if MR3 is also messed up like MR2 or not. As long as gog won't fix MR2, I'm not going to buy MR3...
Ignoring the problem is one thing. Ignoring your supporters is another. A response is common courtesy. Come on GOG.
Still no responses for anyone? It's been long enough. Anybody ever ask for their money back? It work?
I've also submitted a support request. I'm not the best gamer, but it's damned annoying when the entire field passes me on a straight when I was well ahead...
If something doesnt happen by this weekend, I am asking for my money back.

And probably not buying any more games either.

Sad, sad, support.
But they have enough time to re-do the front site, and all the promo stuff they want to do.
Piss off.
First off: my apologies for missing out on the brouhaha here about the gear problem with the bikes. I've been trying to keep my ear to the ground for the fora for problems like this one, and managed to miss this.

Secondly; I spoke to the guys who handle getting our games packaged for release and they are aware of this. They have gotten your support requests and they are working on getting this addressed. They haven't replied to you because they don't yet know exactly when this will be fixed.

Again, my apologies for the silence from a blue text while you guys have been asking for someone to weigh in. I'll keep you updated with any information that I get from the QA team.

Hope you'll find the cause of this problem (and a solution as well) soon.
Thanks and good luck!

Thanks for solving the enigma, Mr. T.

And people keep saying that marketing people can't be nice fellas. Shame on them for this misconception! XD
