Just installed the game and i'm shocked by how controls where made....

There 's no default option to return with.

Remapping controls is a huge problem i just can't even choose a key to select my character.

Also notice that pressing escape in control menu disable some keys you've changed.
Like the Start and select button.




It's really annoying to see that, again, a game on pc needs a controler ( the press B to go back in the control menu).

Frankly it think it's the case.


Can't wait to see an hotfix !

I've found a temporary solution.

To select you have to press enter.

I would like to point out the fact that you can't press escape to pause the game and return to the main menu.



So Start and select button are the same key: enter.

Couldn't make my gamepad to work x____x
Make a game that heavily depends on controls and strongly recommended to play with a gamepad - not implement proper controller support and mapping options *facepalm*

Yeah i know but the game is really cool passing this problem.

Well, I don't play 2D games with mouse & keyboard.
I play 2D games with a gamepad.
So I don't see an issue.

Genius MaxFire G-12U. I almost never have a problem with it using x360ce, but with this game it doesn't work at all and I keep hearing people having problems with "legit" gamepads also :<

Nope, no Xinput, no drivers other than Windows generic ones, no nothing. It's a decade old original Xbox knockoff that even when recognized by games without x360ce gets its buttons confused, haven't changed it since it's really good when it works. As for complaints about authentic controller compitability, Steam forums are full of them.
