I see MK4 is finally on GOG, get it and install has some error at 97%. Press install again, still stops. Won't uninstall either as that has some error too.

What kind of error?
Also did you try disabling antivirus or not install in program files or try admin rights

The "Instllation failed (E2)" kind of error.

I really don't know anyting about that maybe try contacting support, but did you try the offline installers instead of gog galaxy if you are using galaxy?
