It's like you don't have any info in the Windows Registry for the game. Have you tried reinstalling it?

Thanks for responding my message, I will try that , I don’t even MK 4 this reason I brought it on GOG.

Protocultor, It works I went registry edit find all related mk4 and delete them and reinstall mk4 it works THANK YOU
