Tells me to use the options menu. I am in the options menu lol. So where do I change the buttons to what I want?

And does anyone have a moves list for every character? I thought I remembered the basics for Scorpion and Sub Zero but I must be mistaken because they aren't working.

Press escape for windows mode. Then go to option>keyboard setup.
Google for character moves. There's plenty of pages list. Remember that PC version character moves are different from other platforms.

Nah I'm using a controller for MK. I don't use kb for it. Much easier with a controller as that's how I played it back in the day.
