I've encountered two issues that render the game either unplayable or unpleasant to play on modern systems under Windows 10.

1. Game logic is tied to framerate, and since the game's ability to limit framerate is broken, the game often runs at an accelerated rate. Oddly enough physics remain stable, only characters and vehicles move at sonic the hedgehog speeds. I was able to limit it via RivaTuner Statistics Server. Nvidia Control Panel didn't work, neither did DxWnd.

2. Game has mouse acceleration that, as far as I'm aware, can't be disabled by configuring the game. There's no option in the game menu, and no config that I know of works in the ini files. This issue is unresolved and, if anyone knows any reliable and tested method that works, please reply.

I fixed the issue by using dgVoodoo2 (http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2.html). Spent 2 hours trying to limit the frame rate in various ways, but dropping the D3D dlls in the /Mobile Forces/System/ folder did the trick.

EDIT: Just want to add, I'm not a developer on this game (It's another one).

I tried Dgvoodoo. it doesn't work. It must be intro video. I get black screen and white box. Where are the video section?
