Hey all,
Hope it reaches the devs:

Just after throwing snow in the large dustbin and going down the crane's elevator, just before reaching the ground (can't direct the character), when the first NPC starts to talk to the guard, game freezes.
Error is as follow, in a grey popunder window:

#############################
FATAL ERROR in
action number 1
of Step Event0
for obj_dialog_controller:

unable to convert string to number
##################################################
called from: -gml_Object_obj_dialog_controller_Step_0 (line 120)

This is happening on a thinkpad t440p with 8gb of ram, an i7-4800mq and windows 7 pro 64. Thanks for the help!

Apparently solved by switching to English language.
Yes, there was small mistake in translation files. It's fixed now. Thank you for reporting this.

If its fixed, why do i get the same mistake?

And just to make clear: it crashes right after pressing the "play"-button. No in-game-options possible or anything else.

Because it's different kind of error. Initialization of GoG sdk failed. Sorry for the problems. But I saw that you already get some achievements. Did the game works for you now or problem still persist?
If yes, are you playing on Windows or MacOS please?

Sorry for the late reply, i just discovered this message.
The game works now. After some competent help from the gog team ^^.

Sadly i had to discover, that the game was waaaaay to dark for my taste. I could not play "gods will be watching" because of the same reason. And even in a game, i am not eager to press buttons to murder, slaughter or torture, (and so on) innocent bystanders.

I understand, that its part of the cynical backround. Still, this is way too much for me.

Still, thank you for the reply.
