I am having a little trouble with MM8. Does anybody know how to dismiss a character? Also is there a like for a walk through?

Call up the character sheet, select the specific character and click the Dismiss button in the bottom right hand corner.

There are some walkthroughs on Gamefaqs or you could try the links on this page
