I only have Erathia, Harmondale, Tularean Forest, and Nighon. I really want Stone City - best prices on training and stores.

Am I missing something? What about Tatalia/Baracada/Deyja/Avlee ???

Erathia, Harmondale, Tularean Forest and Nighon are indeed the only destinations you can port to. Later in the game you'll get two more destinations though.

Kind of a bummer. I did get Celeste (which also gives Bracada)

You can always use Lloyd's Beacon

It's particularly annoying that you can't cast Lloyd's Beacon until you have visited Nighon, which is quite difficult to get to until relatively late in the game. Sneaking past those minotaurs is impractical until at least when you can cast invisibility.
