Just one more loose end to tie up

The Gypsy inside the starting inn mentions the Howling Moon tavern and to say Hi to the proprietor
I do not remember ever running into that particular tavern
Does it actually exist ?

i'm pretty sure that is just flavour text, though i think it is the name of a tavern
