Hi,
So, I have just bought the $9.99 MM1-6 package but only for the first 5 games because I already owned MM6 (cd version).
I read on gamefaqs board that the PDF manuals that you get here by buying the game don't work to pass the copy protection, is that true?

There is a separate file (keys_3_5.pdf) installed with the game listing the codes for M&M III, IV and V.

Oh, I see it, thanks!
I take it there is no copy protection for mm1 and mm2...

Well, not on the gog version, disc A of MM1 at least was copy-protected (discs B, C and D required you to make a copy if you wanted to save, and you did want to save), don't know about 2.
But the password verification can't really be called copy protection, at least not in Canada, as if the copies you made were legal, you'd still have every single one of them.
Although, the spell effects being listed in the manuals pretty much has the same effect, no selling without the manual type of deal.
