DRM-free gaming wins once again.

How is it a win if it's getting removed from GOG too? All the other platforms can still play the game digitally as long as they were purchased beforehand. Hell the consoles have the benefit of still getting physical discs/chips after the fact.

Looks like the two games were removed from Nvidia already. Either related to this or a while ago and whoever made this list didn't even know.

Collection still available on Xbox, which btw for those that play on Xbox consoles they're backwards compatible with Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles. They were never "X enhanced" but they do get a performance boost and I'm told they look really clean upscaled to 4K. Native 4K would have been nice but whatever.

Oh and back to Nvidia. Those removals were recent. Google cached page on the Google Play store was from the 3rd. Even more interesting and slightly relevant to people on this site, the Nvidia Shield apparently added new DRM for software in 2019. Konami had to patch MGS 2/3 to do server DRM checks upon boot up. So if anyone needed a new reason to hate Nvidia, Konami had to update these games for that new DRM and some people got issues just loading up the game.
