Running it at 1680x1050 and the Side pannel UI is so tiny anyone managed to make it readable?

The game doesn't scale the UI and Graphics, so the absolut pixel size remains the same. My suggestion is playing the game on a lesser resolution.

Trouble is anything at 1024x768 or less doesn't seem to scale to full screen. I'm on a widescreen laptop.
